Terms and Conditions for the Online Store Tiigrinotsu Publishing, www.tiigrinotsu.com (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store)
The Online Store is operated by Tiigrinotsu OÜ (registry code 16995976), a company registered in Estonia, an EU member state.
1. Validity of the Sales Contract, Product, and Price Information
1.1 These Terms of Sale apply to the purchase of goods from the online store of Tiigrinotsu Publishing.
1.2 The prices of products sold in the Online Store are indicated alongside the products.
1.3 Product information is provided directly next to the product in the Online Store.
2. Placing an Order
2.1 To order a product, add the desired items to the shopping cart.
2.2 Adding a product to the cart does not oblige you to purchase it.
2.3 To complete the order, follow the automated instructions of the online store, fill in the required fields.
2.4 The total payment amount is shown in the currency automatically set according to your country.
2.5 The total amount to be paid will be displayed on the screen, which can be paid via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and also via PayPal.
2.6 The contract enters into force once the payment amount has been credited to the Online Store’s bank account.
3. Delivery
3.1 The download link will appear at checkout and will also be sent to your email after completing the purchase. It should arrive immediately; however, in some cases, it may take a few hours depending on how quickly the payment is processed.
3.2 If you do not receive the email, please check your Spam or Trash folder. If it’s not there, kindly contact us at eve@tiigrinotsu.com
4. Right of Refund and Return
4.1 The Right of Refund and Return does not apply to downloadable files. Sample pages of the books are available for free preview.
5. Dispute Resolution
5.1 If the buyer has complaints regarding the Online Store, they should be sent to eve@tiigrinotsu.com.
5.2 If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The terms of procedure can be viewed and the application submitted here.
5.3 The Consumer Disputes Committee has the authority to resolve disputes arising from a contract between the buyer and the Online Store. The review of the buyer’s complaint in the committee is free of charge.
5.4 The buyer may also turn to the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform.
